Kidderminster Lions Football Club was formed in 1996 by Steve Pagett and have played on Kidderminster cricket club to date.
The
cricket club provides us with superb facilities and the pitches are fantastic
with one full size pitch and three mini soccer pitches set on the outfield
of the first and second team squares.
We now have five 11 aside teams and eight mini soccer teams ranging from
ages 7 to 18. We also have junior players starting with us from the age
of 5 upwards.
We
have reached FA Charter Standard Development Club which means all of our
coaches are level one qualified with some having reached level two. All
coaches, committee members and helpers are volunteers and all monies raised
go directly into Kit, facilities and running costs.
Kidderminster
Lions also has a child protection officer, Trish Longmore who we are pleased
to have looking out for the welfare of all the players.
Kidderminster Lions Football Club aims to provide a safe and enjoyable environment
for all of the children involved.
